Innomark Communications has been working with Ferguson Construction over the past year to build a new 97,000 square-foot facility. This building is located on South Tech Boulevard and allows relocation and expansion of Innomark’s Springboro digital printing operations.
The company, with advisory support from Cincinnati-based RSL Commercial Architecture, initiated construction in August 2023 and experienced a seamless transition moving from its existing facility on West Tech Road.
Innomark is excited to announce the Grand Opening of its newly constructed digital printing facility. The company plans to host a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Friday, August 30th, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. This event will take place at the front doors of 3253 South Tech Boulevard, Miamisburg (Springboro), OH 45342.
More about Innomark’s New Digital Printing Facility
The company designed the building to maximize energy efficiency and maintain the optimal temperature and humidity conditions for a digital printing operation. The Ohio Air Quality Development Authority (OAQDA) Clean Air Improvement Program and First Commonwealth Bank played a large role in this project’s success. Innomark and its consultants collaborated with the OAQDA to select materials and equipment that generate over 30% in projected utility cost savings and promote Innomark’s energy conservation initiatives to its sustainability-minded customers. These include energy-efficient windows, variable speed rooftop HVAC units, a centralized DOAS unit, white roof and insulated precast panels, and utilization of sensor-operated LED lighting. The company is also exploring the feasibility of solar panels, and both the roof and steel structure have been designed to accommodate the possibility.
Innomark has been a member of the Springboro, OH community for 20+ years and thanks the city for its support on this project. The ability to expand in the same area allowed stability and continuity for both employees and clients. Its adjacent large-format offset lithography operation shares a parking lot, which allows access to both facilities. The company is excited to retain its skilled team of operators, pre-media professionals, planners, quality assurance experts, shipping & packing associates, and executive leaders. Innomark also expects this relocation to create growth opportunities and new jobs in the coming years.
The new facility is well-suited to accommodate the growing demand of technological advancements in digital printing equipment. Innomark is excited to increase efficiency, minimize the operation’s carbon footprint, and continue to invest in digital printing capacity.
Innomark plans to host an open house for current employees after the Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the Grand Opening.
