INNOMARK Adds Durst Rho 2500

The digital printing market is expected to grow from $24.8 billion in 2021 to $34.3 billion by 2026 (reportlinker.com).  As demand for digital printing increases, INNOMARK continues to invest in solutions that expand capacity and meet high quality requirements.  The company is pleased to announce that it recently purchased a Durst Rho 2500 digital press.

The Durst Rho 2500 is a hybrid digital press that can process both flatbed and roll fed work.  As a roll fed solution, it offers premium quality, as well as speeds up to three times faster than INNOMARK's current equipment.  Its flatbed capability allows INNOMARK to expand capacity, while maintaining high quality standards.

Specifications for the Durst Rho 2500 include:

  • Resolution up to 1,000 dpi
  • Roll fed speeds up to 10,000 sq. ft. per hour
  • Flatbed speeds up to 300+ 4' x 8' boards per hour
  • 98" Maximum width (roll fed)
  • 1.57" Maximum thickness (flatbed)

INNOMARK expects the Durst to be fully operational in December of 2021.  This purchase coincides with the arrival of a second 10' dual head Zund cutting system.  These two pieces of equipment will add capacity to an already robust digital printing solution that is ideal for short run displays, signage, and packaging projects.
